This weekend I visited Tunnel Island on the Quinault Indian Reservation, Olympic Pennisula.

Trail down to the beach. Tunnel Island on right.
Darkness brought misting rain and thick fog.
The trees are all warped in their growth by the constant wind.
The wind is barely moving but everything is alive.
